The regulatory laws on which we provide advisory services include but not limited to laws relating to explosives, radioactive materials, chemicals, safety, health, environment, employment, immigration, competition law, licenses, land purchases, tenancy agreements (commercial and residential premises), finance, corporate, tax, procurement, anti-corruption, criminal law (to the extent applicable to oilfield services business), trade control, export and import, insurance, social security, document retention, dispute resolution, construction, contracts, choice of law, foreign exchange controls, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

On obtaining land rights, we assist and advice our clients in land acquisition process. There are special requirements for acquisition of land by non-citizens. Our firm assists clients in following all steps with a view to ensuring that they obtain land rights in timely and appropriate manner.

On employment matters, we advice our clients on all legal issues relating to labour relations and standards, terminations of contracts of employment, pension schemes, occupational health and safety issues, and obtaining work and resident permits for employees.
