He has a lot of experience in filing and prosecuting patents, trademarks and designs at the Tanzanian Trademark Office and Zanzibar Trademark Office. Apart from intellectual property, Wilbard practices in other areas of corporate and commercials law such as assisting in registration of companies and obtaining licenses and permits. Wilbard is a graduate of Mzumbe University, Tanzania and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
