Procurement

We assist our client in all public procurement issues from tender preparation stage to signing of contracts. Our lawyers advise on legal requirements for preparation of responsible bids. For example, we advise on structuring the joint bidding in a form of joint ventures, preparation of bid security documents, preparation of bid validity agreements, and other requirements of the bid. We also advise on procurement requirements relating to variations of construction contracts. We also assist our clients to seek clarifications from the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency.

Our lawyers also appear before the Public Procurement Appeals Authority to represent entities unsatisfied with tender award process. When the matter is not resolved at the Public Procurement Appeals Authority, we represent our clients in application for judicial review at the High Court of Tanzania.
