Occupational Health and Safety

We assist our clients in complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 2003. The specific services we provide include assisting construction companies to register the construction sites with the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OSHA), assisting in site visits by OSHA officials, assisting in registration of lifting appliances, assisting in registration of boilers, advising generally on compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 2003, etc. When an accident or occupational disease occurs, we represent our clients in courts and in interacting with the Workers Compensation Fund.
