Contractors, Engineers and Architects Registration

In Tanzania, there is requirement for registration of both local and foreign contractors, engineers and architects. We assist construction companies to register foreign contractors in accordance with the Contractors Registration Act, 1997. We also assist foreign companies to register their engineers under the Engineers Registration Act, 1997. Equally, we assist foreign companies to register their architects under the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Act, 2010. Most construction related projects in Tanzania cannot be performed without registrations and obtaining permits from the Contractors Registration Board, Engineers Registration Board, and Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board.
