In order to enable our clients to understand the general framework of the matter we handling on their behalf, we usually provide them with preliminary information. Unless agreed otherwise, the provision of preliminary information for the purpose of bringing to the attention of the client the general framework of the matter under consideration is not billable. We usually provide preliminary information basing on the client’s specific requests. In addition to specific information, our firm has prepared general information on various areas of law that is available online in a form of articles, technical papers, prescribed forms, frequently asked questions and links to websites of some of key institutions in Tanzania.
